Rooted in the Netherlands, drawn from two of the world's most powerful landscapes, Quimbaya is a fragrance house that believes scent has no borders.
We don't blend fragrances. We blend worlds.
Three places. One person.
Quimbaya is not a brand inspired by places. It is carried by a person who is, themselves, the meeting of three worlds.
Our founder's mother was born and raised in South America — in a region where the Amazon is not a metaphor, but the landscape itself. The deep botanical world that you find in Quimbaya was not researched. It was inherited.
Our founder was born and raised in the Netherlands. This is where the brand is registered, where the considered, restrained European sensibility was formed, and where Quimbaya will always return.
Today, our founder lives in Abu Dhabi. The Gulf desert, the warmth of the region, the daily presence of Arabic, the silhouette of Qasr Al Hosn against the sky — these are not aesthetic choices. They are lived experience.

Inspired by Qasr Al Hosn
Inspired by Qasr Al Hosn — a watchtower that became a city.
Built around 1761, it remains the oldest standing structure in Abu Dhabi. Once overlooking the desert. Today, the center of the city where it still stands as a symbol of origin and cultural heritage.
This is the architectural structure where our inspiration emerged. Two ancient civilisations — the Quimbaya goldsmiths of pre-Columbian Colombia, and the builders of Qasr Al Hosn — united by the same understanding: that the most beautiful things are made by people who take the long view.
Why the Sun and the Moon

Qamar · القمر
The Moon. Not to replace the sun — but to reveal what it cannot. In silence, under a darker sky, something deeper unfolds. Closer. Warmer. More human.

When the cost of a material rises, we absorb it. The formula you smell today is the formula that was approved on day one.
No flankers
We do not release seasonal variations of successful fragrances. Each composition is complete. We make new things, not new versions of things.
